Quite a few good ideas / thoughts today, can’t remember them just now.
Learnt: Continuing the riboflavin video, most interesting is that Masterjohn recommends trying 100mg/10kg body weight, so 800mg would be OK max. in studies is 1.5g.
Apparently the S-acetyl- and liposomal glutathione forms aren’t proven to work better in vivo, so I’ll be using the normal form unless I find some that do prove it. Reminds me of ubiquinol-CoQ10 being more bioavailable, but not necessarily better for that.

‘Research’ today:
Glutathione - couldn’t find anything directly about the S-acetyl and the liposomal form, except a German alternative health practitioner who isn’t generally trustworthy, but his arguments in this point were fairly credible and confirming my suspicion that it hasn’t been proven that these alternative forms are better. If people think glutathione is - partly - destroyed by stomach acid then studies would need to prove that the alternative forms aren’t, work as good or better, and I can’t find any.
