JAB#3 (on Nov 7th) → MCAS / histamine:
Today: “10%” altogether = 20% energy stayed, even 25% in the evening.
Night ‘histaminey’ problems: 7:00-9:00: nostrils 20% nauseous 0-10% stomach 5% sinuses 0-5% headache 0% sore throat 0-15%.
Day condition: Nausea 10%, white lips 30%, pale face 20%, “ill ache” off and on 0%, sliding around indoors (stiffness, fatigue & nausea) 10%, cold intolerance (cold shower yes, but long johns day and night, plus hoodie at night) 20%. 50% sore throat from too cold feet from wrong shoes too long, but better as soon as I put a hot water bottle on them.
Tendencies:
Nov 17th 15:00 breaking down ‘ill’.
Nov 18th, directly before getting up, energy suddenly down from 20 to 10%.
Nov 20th: energy and well-feeling picked up again, despite often overdoing it a bit.
Nov 23rd: Before I was winning at table tennis all the time, from now clearly losing all the time, except 29th. But ~20% energy is there for up to 45’, then I break down with green-grey face & white lips thru activities incl. socializing.
Dec 2nd: Winning TT, playing easily, 5 games (with break, very cold), since then 4-5 games every day, not always winning, but easy.
Dec 6th: 1.5h appointment, 2.5h grandchild, 2x40’ garden (slow).
Treatments: Antihistamine and extra GABA, adding more from Nov 29th.

Alternative health practitioner Dec 6th: I’ve ruled out 2 ideas of hers, the blood group diet (see research) because there’s nothing helpful for me and it makes totally wrong presuppositions, and medicinal clay capsules, at least while I’m taking the additional GABA at night.

Development

‘Research’ today: Went thru a list of Peter A. D’Adamo’s blood group diets, wrote down everything suggested for my blood group and then coloured green what fits well, what sort of fits orange and what doesn’t fit red, and most was red. Basics are all wrong like my blood group meaning I have too little stomach acid. And the other way round: garlic and onions are two things I tolerate least, but they are either assessed as “good” or “OK”. So any recommendations are rotten in the root.
ToDo: RSM webinars on fibro on Oct 10th, fatigue on Oct 25th, lipids Nov 15th, supps on Dec 2nd - still need to get round to that and the MCAS summit before that.
