Looking for my Xmas faves I remembered Bethlehemian Rhapsody from 2 years ago, and from the makers of that now “Hotel Can’t Afford Ya” (whilst “Pathway to Heaven” would have to be bought on their main site. I do think it fair to donate, quality stuff!)

Today’s symptoms sorted by the ACR 2016 criteria

Widespread pain, WPI = 11 of 19 areas: limb-Ache 8 (10-50% from 1h outdoor service sitting with hot water bottle and more, stiff 10-20%) + spine-pain 3 (10%), shoulder-girdles/hips 0 chest / abdomen / jaw 0
Symptom severity, SSS = severity 9 of 12: Fatigue 3 (82%), insomnia 3 (10%), fog 2 (10%), headache 0 (0%), GI 1 (10%), depression 0

Triggers & resulting Symptoms

JAB#3 (on Nov 7th) → MCAS / histamine:
Today: “10%” altogether = 18% energy for under 45’, then white lips & pale face, but can still push on if I go slow.
Night ‘histaminey’ problems (with +.25g GABA): nostrils 5% nauseous 0% stomach 0-10% sinuses 0% headache 0% sore throat 10%.
Day condition: Nausea 0%, white lips 30%, pale face 30%, “ill ache” off and on 0%, sliding around indoors (stiffness, fatigue & nausea) 10-20%, cold intolerance (cold shower yes, but long johns day and night, plus hoodie at night) 30%. Managed to minimize sneezing & sinuses despite being in the mouldy cellar room yesterday by mask masking. Manage to keep exhaustion down by moving very efficiently.
Tendencies:
Nov 17th 15:00 breaking down ‘ill’.
Nov 18th, directly before getting up, energy suddenly down from 20 to 10%.
Nov 20th: energy and well-feeling picked up again, despite often overdoing it a bit.
Nov 23rd: Before I was winning at table tennis all the time, from now clearly losing all the time, except 29th. But ~20% energy is there for up to 45’, then I break down with green-grey face & white lips thru activities incl. socializing.
“WINNING” 2nd - 6th: Dec 2nd-4th: Winning TT, playing easily, 5 games (with break, very cold), since then 4-5 games every day, winning most.
Dec 6th: 1.5h appointment, 2.5h grandchild, 2x40’ garden (slow), TT moderate.
“LOSING”: Dec 7th-8th: Losing TT & energy, but praps cos of too little sleep? However burning tongue from white beans = histamine…
“WINNING” 9th-14th: 9th ff: TT winning again.
11th midday, 12th ff: Winning, but overall in bad condition.
13th-14th: Winning easily 4:0, and slow energy for 4h!
“LOSING” 15th-21st…: 15th: Losing 2:4 and 16th 0:5, maybe doing too much, too little sleep, missed 1 small GABA dose. 17th 1:3, hurting from game 2, despite sleeping more. 18th 2:4, hurting early again.
“WINNING” 22nd to 24th winning roughly 3:1.
I should be able to work out a pattern of how I win/lose soon, at the moment it seems week-wise.

Last esophagus blocks: Dec (20th, 15th) 11th (9th,) 1st, Nov 30th 2x, 29th 2x, (28th,) 24th, 22nd, 20th. Powder blocks in funnel if it’s too much in one go…
Jaw: Hardly & seldom pain since Nov. But a few times from the cold Ache outdoors.

Treatments

Bloods at cardio Dec 9th: Homocystein a bit high, continue B3 and B2, phosphate not that bad. Leukocytes low! CK, muscular, too high, praps fibro?
Alternative health practitioner Dec 6th+20th: Haven’t ordered yet, but working at things a bit and inside, and it’s settling, partly for, partly against.
Chinese Acupuncturist - Session #32 on Nov 4th., after 14 days :white_check_mark: “Energy still pretty stable at 20%, despite jab-nausea…”, now it’s down from that quite often that tried #33 22nd Dec.

Pretty good supp discipline today, without having to write down when I’ve taken them. Only forgot A3 & apigenin Saturday evening until 1, distracted by all the presents I got and gave my wife in the evening. Lot easier just taking 1 glutathion before the first meal of the day (“B”) instead of after the 1st & 2nd meal… 'Bout time I updated them, but there will be quite a few further changes in the next 2 weeks as well:

Supps Nov 27th (45 supps): Supp costs:~421€/m (27th): 24th Dec: Need rutin (Big A.) again, of the practitioners recommendations 1) probably not ordering masterwort / Imperatoria ostruthium. 2) ordering Hexacyl (Sulfur D4, Lycopodium Ø, Berberis Ø), 3) following/parallel Bitter herbs, 4) Steirocall comp. Lessons in self-care #520 Moving carefully & efficiently seems to be my secret of how I push thru longer despite still less than “20%” energy. This may be changing the meaning of what “20%” means. It still means being able to do only 2 hours of activity in a fairly normally way, but as I’m reducing speed & exertion to 70%, I can double or even treble the length without too much of a backlash.
Reasons to be cheerful #556 As a special Christmas treat “our” shy European green woodpecker, the one that’s being calling around in our area this autumn, but never showed himself, spent half an hour on the roof of a small building in the garden next door, so we could watch him while eating lunch, as well as our magpie on the balcony.
