- Supps: Improved sleep reliably, daytime improving suddenly

- Magnesium glycinate harmed nights, didn’t improve days.

- Magnesium malate:
0 seemed not to make a difference.

- Serrapeptase 1x miracled away my Ache, even unnec the next day.
On demand? 
- Overdosing, with all the sfx, is part of the game…

- Acupressure: Difficult getting neck improved.

- Activities good (work, TT, grandchild)
