Highlights this week - Aug 29th to 5th - serrapeptase: even more supp success.

- Supps: Improved sleep reliably, daytime improving suddenly
- Taurine 500: no help (feverish-tired?), 1g: jittery, = 2x500mg: 3 seizures.
- GABA 600mg b4 bed, 600 2h later, +300 at 9:00 to try to improve stiffness & bladder.
- Theanine 200mg 2h after bedtime, 300 at 8:00, 300 on demand to improve alertness.
- Passiflora 3x289 1-2h b4 bed, not less! +1 after 2h.
- Magnesium glycinate harmed nights, didn’t improve days.
- Magnesium malate: 0 seemed not to make a difference.
- Serrapeptase 1x miracled away my Ache, even unnec the next day. On demand?
- Overdosing, with all the sfx, is part of the game…
- Acupressure: Difficult getting neck improved.
- Activities good (work, TT, grandchild) , except 5 mi walk & returning home, talking hardest.
- Actions: Loins & stiffness . Sitting: turning lower half regularly: still good!
- Symptoms: Supps may continue reliably improving Ache, exhaustion & tiredness.
- Stiffness: Still more focus on tracking nec.
- Forehead pain: Better from bandana/loop scarf there : next times.
- Bladder pain: still between 0 and 2/3: track it diligently now
- Sleep:: Much better due to 3+1 passiflora, sleep breaks avg. 28’, decreasing/influenceable.
- Ear plugs: hardly nec. any more (only neighbours’ TVs now; better)
- Researching supps etc. (& re-arranging here) has again been more important than…
