Development:
Jab-sfx: Big fatigue & somewhat burning skin are most prominent again, feverishness too.
Research-search today:
My supps cost 336€/month at the moment :bangbang:
Most expensive: 84€/m - ultra-high/-quality dose of serrapeptase (“serrétia”)
27€/m: omega 3 microalgae: .
25€/m: PQQ
25€/m: ubiquinol (double-dosed atm, otherwise 13€)
20€/m (36€/m): NAC powder to self-encapsulate vs. ready-made capsules. These def. help me.
18€/m passiflora
15€/m resveratrol
15€/m magnesium malate (same amount of glycinate’d be cheaper at 12€, splitting 13,50€)
14€/m ginkgo biloba
13€/m arginine (but not taking it yet)
11€/m rhodiola rosea
The rest, cheaper ones together cost 65€/m: B2, P5P, B12, carnitine, D3, GABA, glutamine, NADH, quercetin, ribose, SAM-e, theanine, zinc.
Cheapest are: B12 (s.c. every 2 months), D3, GABA, glutamine & zinc = 10€/m.
Not taking: ALC (20), B3 (2), mumijo (7), selenium (4). It can stay that way.
Conclusions?? Serrétia is probably not worth the money - unless it really does save my tooth, like hoped for. I can’t actually see anything else I can do without. Praps ginkgo & magnesium.
Pity I have to pay for it all myself and it’s not even tax-deductible. That’s only possible for things that need to be prescribed…:
Last year I paid 300€ altogether for supps, because none of them were working. Now I’ve found quite a lot that are definitely working & increasing my quality of life.
This year Jun-Sep21 it was about 100€/ on average, just Oct-Dec got so expensive. Altogether praps 1300€.

Financial stuff about getting supp-costs back (via prescription, tax & insurances)

But health for me only starts getting tax-deductible at 2000€, so only happens if it stays so high or I’d have to start paying my acupressure costs myself.
And one of my 50% insurances wouldn’t pay anything for the supps, the other would, so I’d get 50% back. But that may be more complicated via the online pharmacies which sell for between 20% and 45% off. At least I’ve never thought about sending them a prescription, which I think is possible.
But how much of these would my GP prescribe at all?
