2021-12-23, Thursday - jab-sfx still bad on Day #23 :x:, but so many fun things to do without moving!

Just realized I’d been leaving the original positive tick behind sleep the last few days. The problem I think is I’m sleeping well, but feeling bad in the breaks and after them - so how do I rate that?? I think I have to change it into :x:, but put a tick before to rate the long sleep with few short breaks…
v2: 14:30 not good, fatigue, Ache, burning. even sitting at the table to eat needs cortisol stress - which feels OK, but will rob me further.

Having a closer look at fibro-girl’s livingsmarterwithfibro pages: On her sleep page she cites a study using 11mg of zinc in the evenings, I’m taking mine in the mornings.
The only other really good thing I found is her good take on the GI-sfx of D-ribose, which I’ve put here:

The rest of her site isn’t my style: I have to read a lot I already know, to find hardly anything I don’t, so it’s not effective reading for me. The amount of “adverts” is OK and she seems nice.
