Movement outside: Always having to use a bike without a middle bar, which also is buffered. Can be my walker, but like others I’ve seen (e.g. someone with MS), cycling is easier than walking.
Movement inside: Very slow. Sometimes on hands and feet. I’ve been starting to realize this is getting closer to wheelchair.
Most important is to keep my stance: Head up, brain awake, no under- and no overstatement, whatever anyone thinks. No longer just what my body tells me.: Keeping UNDER the sweet spots now, as my experience shows. If I do this, I can feel completely well and normal in many moments - while sitting, even while moving slowly. May sound strange, but this is such a blessing, and I just need to focus on this more and use & expand on this. When esp. my wife & friends express empathy, that’s nice of them, but I mustn’t let this pull me down in any way. It’s more about building on what I still can do. And I want to concentrate more on keeping moving, not sitting too/as long if not necessary. That’s my next target. I also want to start doing all self-treatments every day. Both means I need to change my priority order, not quite sure how yet, I’ve been meaning too quite a while, but I can’t get my head round it yet. Somehow I need to first do things to keep/get my body “running”. Then as soon as possible to do lots of short small tasks in my room & the flat. Then back to body. And lastly of all: computer stuff, when I shouldn’t move any more (before I can’t), so later & a bit less resting, more “breaks from resting”… (I need a good image for this…)
