2021-12-30, Thursday - increased fatigue & stiffness today I’d think due to decreasing supps yesterday. So praps increasing serotonin, i.e. GABA next? But got the ALA, so I’ll wait for the fx of that first.
Triggers & resulting Symptoms
SLEEP (click for details): 7h48, up 3x (1h35), + 20+1h30= 9h18 ✅, ➔ Feeling 80% well, Ache 1 of 7 🧐, after "getting" up too.
No fw! lbu: belly tensing? No half-sitting on sofa!

8h58-55 = 8h03-(35+30+30=)1h35 = 7h48, up 3x (1h35), + 20+1h30= 9h18.
- 20’ 09:50-11:20 = 1h30.
Sum:
ACTIVITIES (aiming for 40% - well 20% - of pre-fibro) ➔ ACHE: resting OK, but a 5’ walk to the nearest shop & back ➔ 70-60%/3 , I’m guessing it’s reducing the supps.
ACTIONS ➔ PAINS: , lower back not too good, need to increase stretches for that.

Jab-sfx: My sleep stints are generally longer now, more like 3h than 2h.
Research-search today: Pretty much finished editing the FMA UK glossary yesterday, now fine-tuning, then looking for things to add.
In a German TV programme, odysso, a doc (Kati Thieme) said she found out that massaging (or electrically stimulating) the baroreceptors in the neck, reducing too high blood pressure, can improve FM pain - again something for a subgroup.
Reasons to be cheerful #187 I was chugging along on my bike, pleased that my speed was quite OK. Then I thought I’d try to keep up with a guy next to me at the next traffic lights. He was gone before I could even think about starting up. Then I was overtaken by another bike - a woman even. I started realizing that my “fast” as very much adapted to my momentary state. Which isn’t bad. Unless I’d try to do something dangerous in traffic, which I don’t (any more).
