Doing 1-10+12. 11 = nux? Waiting for 13-17, wondering about 18 = B3. Docs: Tried 20, waiting (GP) for the rest.
Jab-sfx: Strangely feeling pretty well at 19:30 so accompanied my wife to dancing on my bike (10’), still no problem. Even feel like doing a workout in a minute. Reminds me that several of the times I was feeling better were in the evenings. Also seems strange: wouldn’t histamine mean the food at daytime is a trigger, so no food at night would mean less symptoms? Or is it the percentage of food - should I try drinking water at night instead of histaminic soy drink?
Research-search today:
Wondering about why the nights and mornings are so bad, afternoons and evenings better, or like today even good (if that’s true; but at least the sinuses are worst at night.), I’ve looked up histamine at night and came up with the relationship to GABA and also once again the diagnosis mast cell activation syndrome, have to pay more attention to that (is that supported by evidence or more functional/alternative?)
This suggests that histamine levels are highest at 3am! That’s it!
