SLEEP (click for details): 8h37 ✅, dozing & Yoga Nidra a lot ❌, plus up 8x ❌ (1h51 ❌), but ➔ Feeling 90 well, Ache 2 of 7 ✅, waking up: 90%/2 🧐, energy, but tired eyes 🧐. So measures to decrease histamine are very successful, but increasing sleep breaks, whether cold showering or breath exercises. Try bed earlier first 🧐, so supps & eating earlier.

Development
Jab-sfx: Now I may be more at 20-30% than 10-20% I’m - praps surprisingly - starting to debate with everyone whether I should get the 2nd jab or not. In October it wasn’t as clear as now, that omicron is going easier on us, so the likelihood of hospitalization has decreased. However it is still higher than that of hospitalization due to the jab. Altho my wife said this morning she felt close to wanting to take me to hospital last weekend - I thoroughly disagree with that tho. I think the probability that she will get omicron in the next 3 months is 70-80% and the probability that I will get it may be 50%. If my omicron were like a normal flu then pre-swine flu I wdn’t even be lying down, it like since the swine flu I would be lying down a lot of the day for 2 weeks. But not for 2-3 months like these histaminey jab side effects. However I may overreact to omicron like to the jab side effects. Also the proportion of omicron is increasing, but it was only 25% a month ago, Jan 5th, so delta is still there. Plus even very healthy people are getting lung problems after hardly any omicron-symptoms. I’ve kept saying that I don’t have lung problems. But the histaminey effect is showing oxygen problems, otherwise breath exercises wouldn’t be helping as much as they are. If that got worse I’d again have many more problems. So my slight tendency is I should get the 2nd jab (60:40) and a mate of mine agrees. The situation with work at the moment is that I keep saying I might be able to come the following week, keeping up the hope. But at the moment they are not reckoning with me. Also I need to get my tooth done, praps extracted, and the gastroscopy will be more of a strain on my histaminey body than it always is anyway, i.e. there’s lots happening. Regarding work I’ve actually been working quite a bit all the time, supporting my colleagues, pressing thru projects, so actually last week I worked more than I’d’ve been sposed to without sick leave. So that might be arrangement which they can live with. Whether the organisation as a whole can see it that way is another matter. But doesn’t yet need to be discussed.
