2022-03-12, Saturday 15% → 10% - backlash: Must’ve been overdoing it, no signs. Praps the acupuncture is improving energy/fatigue, but not the resources to cope with moving that much, as in the evening I’ve got energy again, but still pain & nausea.

ACTIONSPAINS: :white_check_mark: Neck: Worse from the exercises :interrobang: - so I have to keep them up regularly, but not so “much” (2’+2’) in one go? Stiff all day, all round, not just one-sided. GI: OK.
MCAS/HIT-Triggers: 21:00 fig, hazelnuts, lots of cow yogurt, no DAO atm. 4:35 Nostril a bit, fairly OK again at/after 6:45. A fig again at 14:00. Unless my increased pain atm is from food triggers? But why are all the other small symptoms almost gone??

Development

’Research’ today:
I saw a balance board mentioned and had a look for types, cos there’s so many, found a German video (automatic translations) compares 7 balance things: 7 types in 20’, not sure of the English translations (you can put on automatic translation, but you get some funny incomprehensible parts):
1) a balance pad, 2) a therapy “top”, 3) balance “hedgehog” (praps translated “stepping stones”?? with “nubs”), 4) balance “bone” (?, sort of small beam), 5) round balance “seesaw”, 6) Bosu Pro (circular board with a hemisphere on one side) and 7) a balance board (a straight one on a cylinder). Most of all he recommends a balance “pad” for anyone and everyone, beginner’s and advanced. (Doesn’t look that interesting to me.) But he also says just look around what you have a home, and I just found a foam roller my wife bought me. It’s standing in the corner cos it’s much too hard for me, but I’m now standing on it, typing which is fun. Let’s see how long… Face with monocle :face_with_monocle: - I’m starting to get sea-sick as I’ve just had a backlash of a pain after acupuncture is helping fatigue/energy but not pain, which is unbalancing my body in a different way and making me nauseous… But my back feels better. Probably as ever a matter of dosage, e.g. one minute on, 4’ off…
