ACTIVITIES (aim: 40%) ➔ ACHE: Cold shower before bed was really tough, hurting, but very necessary to get the pain down for better getting to sleep. 70%/3. A bit of work and TT 1:1 took the Ache up from 3-4 to 5 ➔ 60%/5 , Acupuncture brought it down to 1 work ➔ 60%/1) . Strangely fatigue down in the evening, which feels histaminey, so plan to drop antihistamine on a verge.

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: Fatigue suddenly less at 20:00: histamine burnt tongue starting up and sinuses very slightly, probably cos of a bit of a walnut.
Fibro & Touch: Starting to try to get used to touch a bit more, sometimes better than other times. Often I have to rub the part that was touched. Me touching my wife is easier than being touched by her. Short is usually easy. Above 2-3 minutes it starts getting harder.
