Before that tho I did too much standing and music making. Standing a lot of the day, but it’s a bit too much. But praps good training. Standing on a foam roller to balance doesn’t help.

Covid-danger: Masks have “fallen” - but many are still wearing them in my shops. I’ll be watching out for times of the day where there are only few people in the shops.
