SLEEP (click for details): 8h, up 2x (10') ✅, but ➔ Feeling 80% well, Ache 2 of 7 🧐, getting up: 80%/1 ✅ tired, because I went to bed very late, used Yoga Nidra all night for the first time (altho I did feel as if I was sleeping quite a bit), all due to the stress from the pastor's remarks about my music yesterday. But hardly any sleep breaks, probably esp. due to not drinking, using mouth gel instead or just leaving it dry. Interesting.
