Docs: Got an appointment at a university allergist specialist centre in June to get a 2nd opinion on allergies/MCAS. They want me to bring a rest of the BioNTech/Pfizer jab, which’ll be no problem if I do the 3rd jab on the 10th.

SELF-PHYSIO (click for details). In the morning I spontaneously started using my massage gun all around my knees because of the painful stiffness when I start(-ed) to move. Need to use it sideways like on the neck, so it doesn't bump around. Writing that reminded me that it doesn't bump or make waves as much on the higher speeds. But that's a bit tough on the head if I do my neck, need to do it very gently. Afterwards praps the elbows and fingers from the strain of holding it, but usually not necessary as that goes away inside of a few minutes. Lot less stiff! Repeated. RR? ❌
