v5 16:30 a short walk & jog round the block, 2x200m, now supps that occasionally boost: ribose, NADH… 16:45 another short focal seizure.
v4 14:50 A Wim Hof breath exercise has helped, altho I had a tiny focal seizure whilst doing it.

Triggers & resulting Symptoms
SLEEP (click for details): 8h15, up 3x (15') ✅, but ➔ Feeling 80% well, Ache 1 of 7 ✅, getting up: 80%/1 ✅. I think the Ache may have been down from 2 to 1, whilst I feel OK-ish at night, I'll have a look tonight if it's 90%. But taking passiflora down to zero has been OK, I'd think, as I slept and woke up well.

Not too keen on touch, feel a bit fragile. Better with cortisol up.

Focal seizures at 15:00 and 16:45, first in quite a time. Is this too much or too little GABA, or generally not too good, or the gig stress overdoing it. 16:50 maybe a bit of burnt tongue, so I’ll take added 200mg of GABA.
Nothing till a 3rd seizure at 20:30. Edit 17th: Pretty sure that was the acupuncture, and looked at research: decreases histamine, increases serotonin, see conclusion there.
