19:00 After lots of rest felt like doing something, so 10’ of sweeping around the house and 25’ of pruning and sawing fairly thick dead branches from a large thorny bush. Quite some sports.

After getting up properly my brain is very alert, a bit tired, whilst my body is Aching, also a bit like sore muscles, the different kind of pain that gets overridden by activity, so I dared 4 games ➔ 80%/3, TT :ping_pong: 4:0 ➔ 80%/4 :face_with_monocle:
