Chinese Acupuncturist - Slightly better from #13, 26th, but getting worse throughout the day. Charted up the energy-effect of the acupuncture. It’s been improving gut and sleep also and enabled me to stop taking the antihistamine, which is all not shown in this chart. The blue spots are where I had acupuncture, a double spot is when she started doubling needles by putting 20+ on my back. Red is the amount of energy, going up from 5% to 30% and at the moment back down to 20/15%…
Psychologist: After I’d talked about asking myself whether saying goodbye to my supposed dream job is so easy because it was only a fake dream job, we agreed that just because it was a challenge and a strain doesn’t at all make it less than a dream job, quite to the contrary. Next appt when I feel I need it.
