Lessons in self-care #293 Looking after myself by sleeping as long as I need to but getting up if I’m wide awake. That seems to be working. And being up so long has become rare since MCAS, and not suprising considering the wonky but adapting neurotransmitters.
Reasons to be cheerful #297 Alertness and energy further on the increase, automatically got quite a bit of challenging stuff done. Downside the long sleep break, but I used that to carry on the song, “finished” today, next please, and some slightly annoying work.
