. GI: esophagus block before going to table tennis with a second person, so was still hungry, first time I’d ever ‘ignored it’ and just gone out, which was a risk, but after 20 minutes it stopped (I did get a small part of the food out beforehand twice tho…).
jaw: good, but now my tooth has been semi-fixed, I can only clean the space in between with great difficulty, very surprisingly. So it hadn’t got easier in the last year because the teeth had changed, but because the filling had moved… Meaning food will stay in and it will inflame again - gotta be very diligent, find something new how to…
