Re-considering ribose comes out negative: it does boost, but that causes a backlash, aside from slight GI problems, and IT IS A SIMPLE SUGAR - looking up ribose and lipids in pubmed I get D-ribose increases triglyceride via upregulation of DGAT in the liver - PubMed, full article here)
Alcohol may only be a problem for lipids with high consumption, but OK/better with low to moderate, but it’s still recommended preferably not to use it.
Not sure about my energy, maybe tiredness and fog prevented me from being able to use it properly…
