In hindsight, Wednesday 22:00, I’ve increased the energy-% to 25%, as I’ve done 5-6x40’ stints with breaks: They hurt, but I wasn’t completely drained.

Development

Something I often don’t realize is that my body is crying a lot of the time. Even tho I’m not doing much at a piece, a lot is overdoing it.
Remembered that 10% energy means that I can’t be “bothered” to get up off the floor, but often prefer crawling thru the flat, easier than sitting, standing & walking, altho also very strenuous.
