Got a focal seizure at our friends at around 15:00 while eating, after 45’ car trip and resting, I think it was still a lot, but also the 5x0.6 GABA could be increasing serotonin too much.

Sitting several times (even back home) not watching for how: :x:. 2x45’ car trip: The way there was worse, I think probably due to my wife being fraughter (as usual when driving): expensive petrol, a bit later than intended, she drives fast and abrupt, incl. around bends, closes up, diversion looming up stresses, that also tenses me up, and I don’t ask for additional consideration, esp. when I know she’s doing 5 things anyway (windows open less, trying to keep calm, etc.). In both directions the radio news, the tone of the speaker and the volume stressed me, I got a bit of nausea in between, some bumps hurt me and my thighs hurt quite a bit, as I have to fairly lie rather than sit, twist-stretched out a bit, trying to keep my tailbone away from the seat, hard not being able to cock one leg like I can at home sitting on the floor.

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: :white_check_mark: Except lack of real energy as ever. :x: Should’ve taken a DAO in the evening, as I put 3 fairly small bits of a really tasty hard herb cheese on my gluten-free wholemeal bread slices… hmmmm… nice… but let’s see what my sinuses say tonight… Ah: not too bad.

Covid-danger: :white_check_mark: - well I spose I surprised my wife that I kept my mask on when indoors with our friends, but I asked why I should make an exception here with people we hardly ever see whilst I wear my mask one-way (= the others don’t) even with people who I see often. A recent study confirmed that this is effective if it is real FFP2, whilst (K)N95 in the US are very likely bad quality or sham.

Development

’Research’ today: Measles vaccinations are very important, I read in a study and a BBC article as measles cause(s?) immune amnesia, which deactivates a lot of the antibodies, which then have to be developed again. The measles paradox is that you are only immune to measles after it, not much else, incl. CoV, and that can kill.
