Very relaxed muscles, so could play :ping_pong: long, effortlessly and precisely (6:0), with almost no Ache, and I tried to walk similarly in the evening, over an hour was just about OK.

Sitting on chairs has been a big problem the last few days :face_with_monocle:. Stiffness was so-so, walk was almost without pains - a bit right knee, then left knee, elbows, but relaxing legs more helped the knees and twist-stretching the arms a bit the elbows.
MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: :white_check_mark: Except lack of real energy as ever. :x: Hardly any sinus / nostril problems, so the GABA amount of 4 was still OK for that. DAO in the evening to eat a bit more cheese and some cow yogurt.

Development

Just wondering whether it’s fair to say that my cognitive symptoms are 2 of 3, altho I am 80-90% alert. The problem is that that’s only when I’m in peace at home, then I can do a lot. But actually I need quite a long time to write important things, and it’s not easy for me to write in a way that others understand.
