ACTIONSPAINS: :white_check_mark: neck: still keeping in check :white_check_mark:, GI: wind from potatoes again, as well as the typical “sweaty cheeks” or “cheek glow” :face_with_monocle:. Found this from someone after eating cheese here, and there relevant ideas are tryptophan and tyramine. However cheese is high in tyramine, and I don’t get it from cheese. And I found a site saying potatoes don’t have much tyramine, but salycic acid / salicylates under the skin (so peel them…). However lots of foods have more salicylates in them than potatoes, why don’t I react to all those in the same way? No, on this list it confirms they may have some, but are low, compared to most other veggies. Jaw: :face_with_monocle: - yesterday evening after my wife stressed me by not understanding that I was having brain fog difficulties and to please talk less. :face_with_monocle: 3xp1-2. Headaches a bit. :face_with_monocle: Difficulty holding arms up :face_with_monocle:, standing :face_with_monocle:, sitting :face_with_monocle:.
MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: :white_check_mark: Except lack of real energy as ever. :x: Skin burning a bit after my night cold shower, also frontal sinus. After eating stuff like quite a bit of hard cheese, cow bilberry yogurt… and taking my evening GABA an hour too late as well, tss-tss. Burning skin on my right foot after the evening fast cold shower, not sure if that was anything else than MCAS, but there wasn’t anything visible. Some slightly burning torso skin in the morning too for a shorter time.

Cardio phoned me Saturday evening at 20:30! cos she hadn’t had time before… :face_with_monocle: :smile_cat: Bloods: no problems with inflammation, clotting or thyroid, lipids she says is a bit better: trig. 191 & chol 200, lip (a) isn’t there yet. My CoV antibody titre is 1849, not high, good would be 2500, but better vaccinations will be coming out in autumn, so she’d prefer to wait till then…
