**Bit “ill” with cold, burning skin & “flu”…
Don’t know what’s gone wrong yet. Yesterday I thought I was improving a bit. Suddenly at 4-5am it felt so much like a cold/flu coming up that I did a CoV-test, negative, but I’ll continue testing. Or was it food? A little more baked beans, 150g, than last time? **

SLEEP (click for details): 8h08, up 6x (2h) ✅/🧐/❌, but ➔ Feeling 75-40% well, Ache 2-5 of 7 ❌, getting up: 70%/3 ❌. Ive been making the mistake of writing st1 in every sleep break to denote stiffness of 10%, which is silly, actually the stiffness is fairly high. Not as high however as after sitting in a certain posture in the daytime. So perhaps 50%, 5. What I was meaning was that it usually goes away fairly quickly, inside of a minute, which is also quicker than in the daytime. Dearie me, not easy.

Lying on my side in the grass hurt my thigh, so either it’s now worse at the moment or I’ve just adapted my bed with my lambskin, so I don’t feel it :face_with_monocle:. Didn’t do much to see what other pains I might’ve had… :face_with_monocle:.
My wife was planning me to go dog-sitting for two days at a friend’s house, but she’ll have to go alone, pity, especially for her. :frowning_face:

MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: :white_check_mark: Except lack of real energy as ever. :x:. Praps try avocado, olives, vinegar, mustard and soy/tofu again? But what about fatigue? Drat, symptoms, and they’re not just cold, my skin’s burning too, so it’s MCAS and I’m guessing food triggered, there wasn’t anything else, which means baked beans 150mg without DAO before was overdoing it.
