SLEEP (click for details): 7h14, up 5x (45')+15' = 7h29, quite a bit of Yo.Ni. ❌ ➔ Feeling 70% well, Ache 3-2 of 7 ❌, getting up: 70%/3 ❌. Some deep sleep at least.. Main problem probably just going to bed too late - despite short sleep yesterday - and then the morning light waking me up. I have to improve the sides of the blackout blinds. Also very optimistic to go to bed after midnight but not take my 5th passiflora. (Reasons for going to bed late: a brilliant supp sale offer and something for work.

Arms & hands hurt while cycling. A sore in my mouth, so calendula essence before that comes to the rest. (Is that histamine too?)
MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: :white_check_mark: Except lack of real energy as ever. :x:. Praps try avocado, olives, vinegar, mustard and soy/tofu again? But what about fatigue? 21:15 Tongue burning from cashews, a bit like … what was it? Headache all evening btw. At night nostrils & sinuses (like a noseful of water) & slight nausea, headache more to the morning and getting up. Airing fully is helping a bit. Back exercises and Wim Hof breath-holding? Too much concentrated work, but back exercises did help. Now at 15:40 after taking some tiny risks, but DAO before, I’m feeling strangely tingly again, at 15:40 esp. underarms, but also a bit in legs & torso, becoming itchy/burny, now 15:43 legs. So what were the risks? Some nuts, but I don’t think half a walnut. The small rest! (risky!) of baked beans. And lastly a tiny bit of some hard old cheese, which is a very clear risk. Also suddenly getting tired in my face, which might just be having eaten, but the weakness in my limbs fits to the burnig. 15:50 Hands and complete arms now burning. Comes and goes. 17:20 Still. 21:25 Still. Evening meal (20:00 is too late, c’mon man!): hazelnuts & a little organic 85% cocoa chocolate.

Psychologist on Tuesday before acupuncture: I can talk about the colleague and generally whether I’m working too much.
Allergist on June 7th: I’ve again remembered that a nice allergist in the 1990s, who’d said it’s a form of neurodermatitis in my gut and a pre-form on my skin outside said, I’d had a high allergy-titre of “25” I seem to remember, but no specific allergy, and that research doesn’t yet know what to call this. However if the units were kU/l then it seems normal, as “most healthy adults will be in the range of 2-150 kU/L”. (Probably said this a few times on this blog, but no matter.)
Chinese Acupuncturist - #21 on 9th :face_with_monocle: (Sleep & +25% GABA helping.) Next appointment #22 on 21st. I’ve been a bit optimistic recently and am now changing to :face_with_monocle:, because whilst it seemed to slightly help, everything is haywire since Tuesday 10 days ago.
