2022-06-27, Monday - Energy 15% / Sleep 80%

What a chaotic day :bangbang:: First I got an esophagus block after my morning meal supps. Regurgitating after 15’ didn’t bring out any meal, apparently hadn’t eaten anything yet, but some of the supps, so I was “undernourished” there. Also chaos-brain from then on from the undernourishment as well as having had to regurgitate. Soon after table tennis, which I couldn’t concentrate on much at all, can’t even remember exactly, but I think it was 1:1.
Then I started doing smaller and bigger edits on previous posts without closing today’s entry. That lead to the it being deleted while saving and I’d forgot to copy it before, so I had to start tomorrow’s template and the whole entry from scratch from yesterday’s entry.
Doing that I realized that quite a bit of it, esp. the supps, could do with some updating. Getting carried away with that instead of quickly getting the basic entry back to “paper” and getting lost in lots of other research ideas, I still hadn’t finished by Monday evening.
Also I realized updating the supps that I’d obviously prepared most for the day, but not my most important one, the GABA. Which meant I was deficient and explains why I wasn’t doing well.
Then taking just the afternoon GABA, not last evening’s 3 doses, I suddenly got histaminey symptoms, burning skin, but not before, I didn’t have burning sinuses at night, nostrils, burning skin, nothing before. So that’s confused me…
Also stupid night, cos I chose to write something important to me for a longer time, instead of proper sleep-discipline. Lucky that it didn’t go completely wonky, praps due to the 2nd cold shower after that.

2nd cold shower at about 2 or 3 was good. Apart from 1 1h30 sleep break for some forum work I felt like doing. I usually had about 5’-8’ breaks, with 80%/2/15% p0 st1 sip fw1’-5’ airing usually, not creaming, gel 1x, almost no (nostrils) (sinuses) (stomach nauseous) (ear plugs) 2nd FCS, A4 at about 1 and B1 at about 2am.
