MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: Except lack of real energy as ever. . Praps try avocado, olives, vinegar, mustard and soy/tofu again? Watching fatigue? I’ve now been regularly drinking a lot of soy milk without problems, a bit of hard cheese once in the evenings, a few olives, now tried some vinegar once in the evenings too. Baked beans, more than half a can, at 14:00 - burning sinuses and slight tongue burning before eating in the evening, I’m pretty sure that’s now the 2nd time, but apparently only if it’s more than half a can, not if less. Wasn’t any other reason, didn’t forget GABA, no other histaminey food.

Development
‘Research’ today: No. Continuing thru some pretty religious stuff from Melissa Schworer, but now she’s grabbed my attention again, referencing Morley Robbins, the magnesium man, because she’s showing me how copper facilitates iron being used to attach oxygen to iron and thus transport it to the mitochondria. If this doesn’t happen enough we get iron toxicity. This would be an explanation for my orange iron-spots on my legs getting reduced since adding copper!! Next: Thyroid (pituitary gland) is an oxygen sensor, which tells the body to go faster or slower if there isn’t enough oxygen. Retinol and copper is essential, plus vitamin C and E together (and magnesium, see 3rd video). Smog factory, oxidative stress, inflammation, PCOS, hydrogen peroxide is building up, not getting broken down enough to water, resulting in cell death, calcium deposits, nodules, sealed off.
Better food source, natural, not artificial. Beef liver would be the #1… Ohh… but look for other foods on lists…So back to
