Cold showering seems to work regularly now - tonight even as late as 6 worked, it’s just I need to keep it short. Which I seem to have done brilliantly at 6: Only 3’ to get back to bed! And that it doesn’t work that well before bed is I think due to having read not to go to bed immediately, which seems wrong for me.
