MCAS/HIT-Symptoms/Triggers/Treatments: :white_check_mark: Except lack of real energy as ever. :x:. Praps try avocado, olives, vinegar, mustard and soy/tofu again? Watching fatigue? Nostrils, but only when getting up, after 2 olives, small bits of soft goat cheese & hard cheese with some mustard & a fig in the evening. So that’s tolerable. 2 olives again at midday. Could try increasing that alone again next. All doesn’t seem to increase or decrease fatigue, just the burning.
