Development
The two esophagus blocks on Thursday were due to watching The Big Bang Theory instead of focusing on slow eating. The one Friday more was due to not drinking enough and not stopping a while before eating. This morning taking the B2-4 supps with a lot of almond milk was still not enough, so I need to be even more careful with C1-3: one capsule big sip. Problems then are more bladder frequency, urge & pain.
Tried to explain to my grandchild that I’m not old at all, so am still strong, just “ill”. When I demonstrated that (caught, carried and cuddled), reacted “I believe you’ll get well again”, I reacted “I do hope so”. And that I can bite and chew all food, but my body gets ill from it. Also said “I have some hurt too, granddad.” - Yeah, I thought: people mean well, when they say that, it’s not meant to belittle anything.
‘Research’ today: Now due to Morley Robbins as spin-off from Rodger Murphree I’m re-researching best forms of vitamin A, copper and vitamin C, using my favourite German supp blogger hcfricke. On vitamin C he convinces me that sodium ascorbate is the best form for me, as opposed to Robbins saying it has to be natural. I do eat the best (vegetarian/vegan) sources of vitamin A, C and copper. But I want to continue trying more copper, and seeing if it has actually helped my fatigue whilst my fatigue is now more since stopping it.
Copper: Oats, cashews, almonds, broccoli, raisins, green tea (cf. my EGCg and ellagic acid). Beans in (organic) baked beans, if I manage to tolerate them.
Ellagic acid: This site says that it’s wrong to read a % of ellagic acid, since it can’t contain any, only ellagitannin. The page gives a bad impression as it is badly written & formatted. Look up ellagitannin, it is a group name = class of tannins. They say that a Dr John Barron that all are different, and those tested most aren’t pomegranate like I’m using, but red raspberries.

Reasons to be cheerful #356 Seem to have lost the small “thorn” that got tightly wedged in the gums between 2 teeth, which I thought I’d have to visit the dentist’s for.
