21:58: I’m so stiff at the moment, that I’m gonna save this tomorrow’s entry as I feel the need to go thru today’s, Friday, and check for too optimistic percentages… And then try bed earlier again, altho I can’t see any patterns or anything at the moment, and just don’t like how I feel.
2:26: OK, done that I have to continue moaning & venting a bit - I somehow feel less than 70%-ish, finding it hard to feel my normal happy self. It was a bit tough to get into the right self-distracting mindset to cold shower, I was gonna whine around, then managed to kick myself to it. But before that the supps didn’t go down well, altho I took each single capsule with a few sips, so had to drink more, which will make me get up in an hour at the latest. And looking at & feeling my feet again the two lilac rashes on my right foot aren’t really getting better, altho I’m treating them alternately with calendula and tea tree oil most evenings, like usually works well, need more patience for that. And my left foot has nothing visible, but it’s the one that itches a lot of the time, since a few weeks. My wife can see nothing either. I treat it with calendula essence and cream alternately, maybe should keep to cream more. Plus the left ball of the foot is burning, a bit like plantar fasciitis, but different, something new I feel, don’t know what it’s from. My hunchback is burning, sitting is hard. Loads of things which are reflected in the WPI number, but I don’t necessarily note under actions / pains, altho I actually should / would want to. Probably just too much bits and pieces.
I didn’t find anything to love about myself today, actually I also cheated on being cheerful, I’m not, I’m a bit down - not depressed tho. Good if people keep me busy and distracted by asking for ideas… And I need to do something exciting again, like listening & sort of dancing to Skindred yesterday. I really do have to make music again tomorrow. And maybe like I just talked with my wife start with workout: not 30 push-ups, not 10, but 1, and work that up several times or once a day…

Development
An ex-colleague - mail-contact - just saw me and said “oh, you can cycle then”. I answered - “yeah, for a certain time, but am in a lot of pain at the moment due to 4 games of table tennis instead of 2”. I think that’s a main “problem” / characteristic / advantage that I can do probably everything - just for a very short time.

Son: How lying down eyes closed most of the time can lengthen meetings, wife: not doing a short workout isn’t my weaker self, it’s knowing that I don’t even manage back exercises without breaks any more - but she’s right suggesting a minimal version might work, like one movement of each exercise…
