SLEEP (click for details): 8h33, up 5x (1h42) ✅, but ➔ Feeling 80% well, Ache 2 of 7 ✅, getting up: 80%/2 ✅. 23:00 Bit difficult getting to bed, bit excited from cortisol, with energy for tidying my room, instead of calming and relaxing, forum work, then loud neighbours too, so have to put ear plugs in immediately... OK in the end, but only via a doze stint at t the end.
