Energy increased!, Ache decreased, neck pulled muscle, bit less nauseous at night after eating earlier in the evening.

Covid-danger: An old neighbour in our house told me on the stairs without a mask that she’d just tested positive. I was flabbergasted. I immediately took several steps back and at least put my mask on. :x:
Weather: Indoors we are managing to keep the temperature down to 24°C by only opening windows at night. Sometimes it even gets a bit too cold when we air at night. I still wear 5 pairs of socks. :white_check_mark:. Outdoors it was OK a few days, today it was “only” 30°C outside, but cycling 2x30’ with a lying down break in between was very taxing, not due to energy, just the heat and the breeze making me nauseous.

‘Research’ today: No.
My pulled neck muscle has sent me to youtube. These all sound OK, not sure which fits best. Don’t quite understand #1. #3 has detailed explanations to 1 towel stretch, #4 has more detail on 3 different towel stretches. Funny to learn from them and the comments all the names for it - a crink or kink in the neck, dictionary says also crick.
