Definitely got to keep the cortisol down and sleep up!! Was also colder than usual, esp. feet, despite warmth.

Symptom severity, SSS = severity 10 of 12: Fatigue 3 (85-90%), insomnia 3 (15%), fog 2 (20%), headache 1, GI 1 (10%), depression 0
Strangely that stiffness only partly higher, but maybe it’s the cortisol too, once I get going, as quite some feverishness most of the day.

Not doing much, so can’t judge what’d hurt. Strangely knee is OK, despite sitting all day with knee cocked, which I thought I’d identified as the problem.

. Tofu? Stopped buying broccoli now. Burning skin a bit, mainly arms, so need to watch food more too (but had it before midday meal, so the meal was no problem.).
