Headaches Thursday and bit Friday evenings.

SLEEP (click for details): 8h42, up 6x (1h45, unnecessary) ✅, but ➔ Feeling ?80% well, Ache ?2 of 7 🧐, getting up: ?80%/2 ❌. Unnecessarily late ❌, unnecessarily long breaks ❌, bad boy. Esp. dangerous cos with high cortisol yesterday, it was harder to get back to sleep after the first long break. So this wasn't enough to get the flare/backlash down quick and I need more self-discipline.
