Successes:
:trophy: Morning stomach burning probably best alleviated with lots of almond milk together with sternum & wrist acupressure and sitting upright. Earlier evening meal is difficult cos of lipids.
:trophy: Realized it gets better when upright after getting up.
:trophy: Resting elbows while shaving, e.g. in other hand, changing hands.

My usual help is drinking a lot of almond milk, which would have worked this time cos I expected it to be my last sleep stint anyway.
