Morning stomach burning probably best alleviated with lots of almond milk together with sternum & wrist acupressure and sitting upright. Earlier evening meal is difficult cos of lipids.
Realized it gets better when upright after getting up.
Resting elbows while shaving, e.g. in other hand, changing hands.
Brain energy up proves sleeping 9.5h is best atm!!
