Today’s symptoms sorted by the ACR 2016 criteria

Widespread pain, WPI = 11 of 19 areas: limb-Ache 8 (10%, stiff 10%) + spine-pain 3 (10%), shoulder-girdles/hips 0 chest / abdomen / jaw 0
Symptom severity, SSS = severity 9 of 12: Fatigue 3 (90%), insomnia 3 (15%), fog 2 (15%), headache 0, GI 1 (10%), depression 0

Just to remind myself & anyone reading that these % of symptom severity are relative. If I didn’t do my “80+” treatments per day, actually 100s if I counted all my eliminated foods, they would be far more severe, e.g. my GI symptoms would have a severity of 100% if I ate normal food. Similarly my insomnia 60%, accordingly fog then 50%, headache & depression 1 (20%? each) my various pain types would all have a baseline of around 40-50% (a “4-5”)…

Triggers & resulting Symptoms

SLEEP (click for details): 8h19, up 5x (62'), and pretty awake ahead of time, and it was OK to get up, but I didn't look good later my wife said. 🧐✅ ➔ Feeling 90% well, Ache 1 of 7 ✅, getting up: 80%/1 ✅. Nostrils 20% stuffy 10% of the night. Feeling better tonight.

Dentist again on 20th after treatment on 6th brought energy down for 8+ days… Pain down in a few hours this time (but only due to strict rest), however energy again down to 5-10%.
Chinese Acupuncturist - #29 on 10th, after 14 days :white_check_mark: Still good - would be 20-25% energy if it weren’t for the tooth treatments. Session #30 on 7th.
