Successes:
It occurred to me again today, how I had much more severe brain fog 2 years ago, I can play our daily card game completely normally, fast, few mistakes, not dropping cards while shuffling them.
Since pumpkin seeds have ~1230 phosphorus, even half of that, allowing for the phytic acid part would be 615 mg/100g. (However I’m already eating loads, cos they’re brilliant for so much - protein, bladder etc. and little risk for histamine etc., can’t really increase them that much.)
Learnt:
I realized that I’d been quoting phosphorus in mg/g which isn’t possible - it’s mg/100g. Phosphorus in mozzarella isn’t 65.6%, it’s 0.65%, of course. Editing the above now.

ACTIVITIES (aim: 40% energy) ➔ ACHE: Housework in the morning was fine ➔ 80%/2 , but cycling for 20’ to an event went completely wrong. Cos I haven’t had the energy to get my bikes repaired and of the one I thought was best the front axle fell apart. I had to walk to catch up my wife, then she decided to walk back and found the missing bits and we could drive home slowly but safely. We didn’t have the energy for the event, an outdoor service, really, but this wasn’t a better alternative. ➔ 60%/5
