Symptom severity, SSS = severity 9 of 12: Fatigue 3 (79%), insomnia 3 (15%), fog 2 (5%), headache 0, GI 1 (10%), depression 0

SLEEP (click for details): 8h21, up 8x (69'), all deep or deep doze, not sure, cos I wanted to see all night if it decreases sleep breaks - which it didn't at all, but the Delta/Alpha pulses with ocean waves haven't convinced me, esp. in comparison to Ally's Yoga Nidra. 🧐✅ ➔ Feeling 90% well, Ache 1 of 7 ✅, getting up: 90%/1 ✅. Nostrils 10% stuffy, 10% of the night. Sore throat meant cold, HWB stopped it. dry mouth is what hurts most at night, LBU what irritates most, cold shower necessary.
