SLEEP (click for details): 10h03, up 6x (1h27), 8h30 wasn't enough, so back with a new HWB (nec after the late cold shower) after a longer break. OK to not take a fast cold shower before bed. 🧐✅ ➔ Feeling 90% well, Ache 1 of 7 ✅, getting up: 80%/2 ✅. Nostrils 40% stuffy 20% of the night.

Again trying without cold shower, cos nice ‘n tired, and saves time & energy! - Worked out too, despite various itches & hurts and heart also pounding, which went down quicker than after cold showering… so… just need to watch out to not irritate anything even more…
