SLEEP (click for details): 7h49, up 11x (2h41), 3h deep. ❌ ➔ Feeling ?90% well, Ache ?1 of 7 ✅, getting up: ?80%/?2 ✅. Nostrils 0% stuffy 100% of the night. Acupuncture will have caused the insomnia, but preponing my supps might have helped more. Neither cold shower helped much, or anything. It wasn't writing to the alternative health practitioner, as I'd thought, cos I started a quick mail in the evening and that was enough. I do feel that talking to my wife in the evening was too much too late, but we hadn't talked much the past few days. Having to pee 6x in 2h from 0:20-2:20 didn't help. That might have been from the B12, but thinking about it now (at 9:43) I think I found a 'lost' GABA and took that, that may have been too much.
