Hello everyone!!! Many things and emotions one go through this thing call fibro. One thing I have learn is that sharing helps to cope. And since there is no one same fibro case similar to the other… I believe that by sharing our symptoms, we will help one another to understand that we are not alone. Here are my top 10 symptoms:
Sharing is great, especially with people who understand. You are absolutely right about how we generally all suffer a variety of symptoms. I think this will be good, as it is reassuring to know that others are experiencing same symptoms. I must add a precautionary note here, if you start to suffer new symptoms please tell your Doc. So i experience all of the above, not neck pain, ringing ears or lightheadedness. Additionally a cold foot, bloating, tightness around rib cage and can't bear to wear heavy or tight clothes. Don't forget to look at Fibro101, this is all about the different symptoms, too.

Dizzy days, Shakey days, Fumbling Finger days, Chicken Little days (Anxiety for you young'uns). Nearly every body part that I have injured in the past the Fibro seems to attack those parts 1st. 3 to 5 day Migraines (it used to be 15 to 21 days), My joints get pretty painful & it is usu left hip & right knee & then I have to figure out which hurts less going up & down stairs, Numbness in the lower half of my arms, pinpoint electrical shocks from the inside shooting outward in my toes & finger tips. Life is a challenge, face it any way. M
Thanks for sharing, hope you feel better soon, and it last a while!!

Neck, shoulder, back (upper and lower) and hip pain ranging from moderate to severe (pain scale: 4 - 8). Each day varies on which 'section' it really goes to town on.
Leg pain, moderate to severe (pain scale: 6 - 9). Always constant.
Leg restlessness, severe. Worse at night.
Fatigue.
Exhaustion.
Foggy brain.
Poor memory.
Skin sensitivity, mostly mild but occasionally becomes moderate.
Muscle weakness.
Painful muscle spasms. New symptom for me.
Occasional Symptoms
Hands, arms and legs randomly give out. Happens 12 - 18 times/day for 2-3 days every couple months.
Fingers and toes arthritic pain, moderate to severe. Happens 4 - 6 times/week.
Feet pain, sometimes so bad I can't walk at all, feels like the bones are breaking. Happens every few months.
Muscle Spasms, non-painful. Feels like butterflies fluttering in my mid to lower back / hips. Some weeks it happens 4 - 5 times, other weeks 10 - 12 times.
Random numbness. Sometimes its mild (just a finger) but has occasionally gotten severe (whole body).
Balance issues. Happens almost every day.
I am sure there is more I'm not thinking of right now. Its a frustrating, horrible, agonizing illness and sometimes its hard to live through it but I have faith for the days that get better.
I have noticed weather plays a significant part in my pain. I moved from Seattle (and the near-daily change of weather systems) and came to Arizona. Life was DRASTICALLY different (in the very good way) until Monsoon season hit (June to end of August they say). This summer has been worse than Seattle for me and I have barely been able to leave my apartment. I am praying with everything I have that when the monsoon season ends, I go back to being able to LIVE like I was able to before the season hit. Wish me luck!
