Has any one tried this combo? I started taking 500mg magnesium and 1 tbl apple cider vinegar (for the Malic Acid) in 4-6 oz of water twice daily for about a week now. No real benefit yet and no side effects. I read that it can help with muscle pain and stress. At first the vinegar and water was a shock to the palate, but now I've kinda gotten used to this strange cocktail.
I also quit drinking diet pop about a month ago because I heard that the artificial sweetners can aggratvate Fibro. I don't feel any different since. I miss my A&W diet rootbeer. I'm gonna give it a while longer just to see if it might help.
I've also heard that we shouldn't drink coffee, that'll be a cold day in hell. I can't imagine what my fatigue level would be without some caffine...... Attack of the Zombie Woman!
