If you click on discussions, use the search engine at the page top, you can either type in Medical forms and trackers, or just type in Renie's name, and all of her posts will come up, unless she can put all of her special info in one place for us. She has also listed one about what to take to a new Doctor appointment.

I actually posted this twice -- once here in the General category where comments are open, and a second document in the Reference Materials folder.
At the top of the Discussion Forum screen, there is a drop-box for View: --change that to Categories, and you can see each folder broken down. It's good to keep an eye on the subject of your post in order to put it in the right category.
