The first article, even though it's listed under "emotionally sensitive", is a good story. I find that mindfullness is a great coping skill. I think those of us with Fibro become emotionally sensitive because of the fight we have to fight to get help from doctors, family, friends etc.looking for validation and understanding. It's amazing how much those two things can help your mood.
When I was working, I used to think...I wish I could be a stay at home mom.....be careful what you wish for :)
