The strength is only 2mg, I was afraid to take the entire pill, so cut it in half, about an hour later took the other half. I must say it did not get rid of all my muscle tenseness, but I did feel a floating sensation, so it did loosen me up without flooring me. Prescribed every 12 hours, not sure I want to drive with this. Well, actually I am sure that I do not, so that dose will not happen today.
I slept fairly well, considering I had slept most of the day.
We went from very cold weather with high winds to mid 80's so I wonder if that alone is knocking me down! I see we are to get some strong storms in the next couple of days, so will have that to deal with.

My neurologist gave me this drug also called Tizanadine ( I think it’s the same) I never really gave it a chance, as I was afraid to mix it with the 1/2 ambien at night. Perhaps I should try it in the evening a few hrs before bed.
Did they say you should take it everyday or as needed ? That was part of my confusion, I read for best results, to take daily, but I always thought a muscle relaxer was as needed. I need to clear this up with my dr.

Mine said every 12 hours period, No as needed. I think it is a good idea to give it a 2 hour window, that is what my GP tells me about drugs, 2 hours apart.

We need rain, all of those strong winds really dried out the ground, storms, no we do NOT need those, but gotta take it as you get it!
