Pain Center dr wants me to try lidocaine infusions

I’ve been on gabapentin 600 mg 3x’s a day. I’m still having bad flares. Dr wants me to try lyrica. I’m afraid - not heard good things. Also, wants me to get lidocaine infusions (every week for 4 weeks then monthly). Has anyone tried lidocaine infusions?

It’s about “Patches”, which you aren’t really interested in, but I found it very interesting.

BTW, I did some reading on the lidocaine infusions here and other sources, and was impressed with what I read. Good luck with this, and be sure to keep us in the loop on how things are going for you.
